JEFF WELCH • PROJECT MANAGER
Jeff has more than 20 years of construction management at a large-scale, active living community and resort. He was both a Construction Project Director and Engineering Manager where he was responsible for residential and commercial development of a 12,500-acre retirement/resort community consisting of over 18,000 lots, a community clubhouse, resort complexes, timeshare units and golf courses. He was also previously a consultant for a private commercial development company, an Architectural Control Committee Inspector and the Vice Chairman and Commissioner of the Upper Cumberland Gas Utility District. Jeff attended Tennessee Technological University where he earned his degree in Construction Management. Jeff applies his strong multi-task project coordination skills daily in working with multiple subcontractors, vendors, utilities, and owners, while keeping a calm and warm demeanor.
